May 2-8 the biggest design festival in Lithuania – DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA – will take place in six cities of the country – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Telšiai and Anykščiai.
ECOLINUM will be a part of the festival as well – this year we will be showcasing armchair collection “Sparrow and Bullfinch”, made in collaboration with young designer Agnė Kišonaitė.

After creating a collection of carpets with Lithuanian birds’ illustrations, Agnė continues to include them into other design projects. This time linen handmade carpets were used to decorate the backs of Lithuanian armchairs. The idea itself, design of the carpet, colour palette – were all chosen by the designer. Linen carpets were hand-woven by ECOLINUM, armchairs from Lithuanian oak were produced by company “Katwood”.
